What happens next
Usually within a few days of you sending the address.
On a factory that means the power supply, the ceiling height and what the floor is rated for. On a shoplot, the approved use and whether the utilities are separately metered.
Every spec we publish is one we checked ourselves.

Buyers filter our listings by power supply, ceiling height and floor loading. A 1,200 amp factory is invisible on a portal that has no field for it.
