Power Supply
Installed amperage, and what TNB can upgrade it to.
Floor Loading
Tonnes per square metre, against your heaviest machine.
Ceiling Height
Measured under the beam, not to the roof apex.

Industrial type, power and floor loading are what actually decide it.
Finding a factory takes an afternoon. Finding one that actually matches your production line's power load and floor specs is the real work.
I don't just open doors. I find out what the meter is rated for, what the floor can take and how much room there is under the beam, before you drive out there. When something cannot be verified, I tell you that too.
